Slot Questions
mp 77 has hundreds of slot games — including titles from major developers like PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. Visit the mp 77 slots section to see the full list. The most frequently asked questions about slots are answered below.
Volatility measures how often and how large a slot game pays out. High-volatility slots have longer gaps between wins, but the wins can be big — like Nolimit City's Fire in the Hole xBomb. Low-volatility slots pay out smaller amounts more frequently. mp 77 has both types; match the volatility to your betting plan before choosing a game.
In most slots, a free spin round is triggered when a set number of scatter symbols land at the same time. During this round your own money is not deducted — the game spins on its own. Some games add a multiplier during free spins, such as Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus or Starlight Princess. Follow mp 77's applicable bonus terms to collect your free spin winnings.
RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of every ৳100 wagered that is expected to be returned to players over the long run. It is not a guarantee — it is calculated over millions of spins. At mp 77, Fortune Mouse has a top RTP of 96.96%, Mahjong Ways 2 has a top RTP of 96.95%, and White Rabbit Megaways has a top RTP of 97.72%. A higher RTP means a theoretically better chance of returns.
In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of every bet is added to the jackpot pool. The more people play, the larger the jackpot grows — sometimes reaching millions of taka. Once someone wins the jackpot, the pool resets to zero and starts building again. At mp 77, games like JILI's Fortune Garuda 500 may feature this type of growing prize.
Yes, many slot games have a demo or free-play mode. In this mode you play with virtual credits — nothing is won or lost with real money. It is a good way to understand a new game's mechanics, bonus features, and paylines. However, winnings from demo mode cannot be withdrawn — to win real prizes you need to log in to your mp 77 account and place real bets.
Among Bangladeshi players at mp 77, PG Soft's Fortune Tiger and Mahjong Ways, along with Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, are especially popular. JILI's Super Ace and Fortune Gems are also played regularly. Each game has a different theme, volatility, and top RTP, so browse the mp 77 slots section to find the one that suits you.
Mobile Usage
Using mp 77 from a smartphone is now straightforward. Apps are available for both Android and iOS. Common issues players run into on mobile, and how to fix them, are covered below.
If the connection drops, mp 77's server saves the result of the spin in progress. When you log back in, the result of that round will be applied to your account. If you notice any discrepancy in your balance, contact live chat immediately — the support team will check the game history and resolve the issue.
First, clear your browser's cache and cookies: in Chrome go to Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data, check "Cached images and files" and "Cookies", then clear them. After that, refresh the page. App users should force-stop the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, check your internet connection — Wi-Fi is generally more stable than mobile data.
mp 77 runs well on modern Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. If you use it from a browser, an updated version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari gives the best performance. On older devices, live casino games may run a little slower — in that case, try slots or card games instead.
First check that your username and password are correct. If you have forgotten your password, go to the mp 77 Login page, click the "Forgot password?" option, and reset it using your registered email or mobile number. If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall the app, or get help via live chat.

VIP and Cashback
mp 77's VIP programme has a four-tier rewards structure. Regular players can receive weekly cashback and other benefits. Full details are available in the mp 77 VIP section.
mp 77 VIP members receive weekly cashback rewards, calculated at their tier's rate based on the week's net losses. There are also special promotions, priority support, and access to exclusive offers. The higher your tier, the more benefits you enjoy.
Staying active and playing regularly at mp 77 gives you the chance to move up to a higher VIP tier. Based on account activity and total wagering, you can progress from Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, and Gold to Platinum. Contact the support team to find out the specific criteria.
mp 77 has four VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Benefits increase at each level. Platinum is the highest level and comes with the most benefits.
Weekly cashback is the amount you receive at your tier's rate applied to the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold (0.8%) member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. This is the maximum available at that tier. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis.
It is best to confirm the cashback payment method and terms with the mp 77 support team, as promotion terms may be updated from time to time. VIP cashback is generally given with no wagering requirement or with minimal conditions — but contact live chat directly for the latest information.
New members at mp 77 start their VIP journey at the Bronze level. By playing regularly, you gradually get the chance to move up to higher tiers. Bronze cashback benefits are available right from the start. Full programme details and registration information are available in the VIP section.
