mp 77 Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction

mp 77 is an online entertainment platform where registered members can take part in sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming activities. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between mp 77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each user ("you", "member").

By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. For general information about our services, visit our About Us page.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use mp 77's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old. No person under 21 may open an account or take part in any game on this platform.
• You must be a resident of an area where taking part in online gaming is within your personal responsibility.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification

mp 77 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Some account functions may be temporarily restricted until the verification process is complete. If the required information or documents are not submitted, the account may be suspended.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To become a member, you must complete the registration form with your correct name, mobile number, and any other required details. After registration, the account is activated through an OTP verification process.

3.2 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. mp 77 will never ask any member for their password.

3.3 Right to Close Accounts

If a member breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent or dishonest conduct, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities, mp 77 may close that account without prior notice.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on mp 77 can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Use the correct reference number when making a deposit — mp 77 will not be responsible for any transaction lost due to incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals are made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — funds will only be sent to the same mobile wallet number used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

mp 77 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraud or dishonest activity is suspected. In such cases, the relevant funds may be seized and an investigation will be conducted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — so a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in wagering.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — they may only be used for placing bets in games.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement and expiry, which are clearly stated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If any dishonest method is used in bonus activity, that bonus and any winnings earned will be cancelled.
• If wagering is not completed before a bonus expires, the bonus funds will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 Right to Modify Promotional Offers

mp 77 reserves the right to change, restrict, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice. The current list of offers is always kept up to date on the platform's promotions page.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are available in the game interface. It is the member's responsibility to read the specific rules of a game before taking part. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, mp 77 reserves the right to void the result of that round.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Following strategic betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Accessing or operating another member's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or modify the platform's systems or software.
• Running multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result or a transaction, you must notify our support team within 24 hours. In resolving disputes, mp 77's server logs and game records will be treated as the final evidence.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

mp 77 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. We encourage our members to read the responsible gaming guidelines and set personal limits for themselves.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• A request to temporarily close an account (self-exclusion) can be made at any time — contact the support team to do so.
• If you have concerns about your gaming habits, seeking professional advice is recommended.
• Helping anyone under 21 to open an account or play games is strictly prohibited.

8 Privacy and Personal Data

mp 77 treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Details of how we collect, store, and use your data are available in our Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Your data is not sold to third parties. However, it may be necessary to share relevant information with the appropriate authorities to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud.

9 Limitations and Disclaimer

9.1 Service Availability

mp 77 works to keep the service running at all times, but the service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. mp 77 will not be liable for any financial loss suffered by a member in such circumstances.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

mp 77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. mp 77 will not be responsible for any game or bet that fails due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or other technical issues.

9.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the mp 77 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is subject to the intellectual property rights of mp 77 or its authorised partners. Using this content elsewhere without prior written permission is prohibited.

10 Customer Support and Contact

The mp 77 customer support team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, in both Bengali and English. You can reach us most quickly via live chat, or contact us by email for more detailed issues.

If you have any questions about these Terms or need clarification on any matter, please contact our support team. Visit our FAQ section for answers to commonly asked questions.

11 Changes to Terms and Their Effect

mp 77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. If members continue to use the platform after any change, they are considered to have accepted the new Terms.

For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members through their registered contact details. However, this is not an obligation — members are advised to visit this page regularly at their own initiative.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
